The following terms and conditions apply to any booking made through this website. By making a booking, the customer is deemed to have agreed to them.

Please read carefully

  • Any booking made through this website is only valid 24 hours after it has been made. The passenger must call the office on 0207 2239 111 if they want a car within 24 hours.
  • Passengers who want a transfer from the airport must wait for our driver by the airport information desk. If they cannot locate our driver, they should call the office on 0207 2239 111
  • Passengers are strongly advised to check vehicle capacity before making a booking.
  • Luggage and suite cases indicated in the capacity of the vehicles are of normal sizes. It is the passenger's responsibility to inform us in advance if they have extraordinarily big luggage.
  • All special offers journeys start from central London and the vehicle provided is Saloon.
  • The company will not be liable in the event of breakdown, accident and adverse wheather conditions should delay happen as a direct result.
  • Our drivers reserve the right to refuse any passenger with access luggage that may make the vehicle unsafe for the road.
  • Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their blongings. We do not accept any loss or damage to the luggage.
  • After the airplane has landed, the driver will wait for the passenger for 40 minutes free of charge. Waiting longer than that incurs a charge of £4 per each 30 minutes.
  • For transfers from the airports, the driver will wait for the passenger by the information desk. If you cannot locate the driver, please call on 0207 2239 111. Or this number +44 207 2239 111 if you are outside the UK.
  • Any cancellation or booking change request must be made either by phone or in writting.
  • Prices quoted are per vehicle.
  • All pickup from airports are subject to £4 car parking charge.
  • The company reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions. However, the terms and conditions that were in force before the alteration will be honoured by the company.

We provide safe airport minicab journeys to inner and outer London areas. All our drivers are insured and have been particularly vetted for their competence. The company also has a Public and Employees Liabilities Insurance for your safety.
